Designed an end-to-end academic management tool for students overwhelmed by fragmented tooling. Moved from low-fidelity sketches through a full Figma prototype, with each iteration driven by a single question: what does a student need to know right now? Cut information density significantly between V1 and final — the result was a cleaner, faster interface.

Designed a location-aware side activity discovery app, from initial sketches through a full Figma prototype. The core design challenge: reduce the effort required to go from 'I want to do something' to 'I'm doing it.' Every design decision was evaluated against that bar — does this make it faster to start, or slower?
